Hull City on-loan striker Dieumerci Mbokani will be out for six weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Burnley.
The 31-year-old only returned to action after two months out against the Clarets but his luckless run continued with yet another problem.
“Dieumerci Mbokani is set to be out for six weeks after suffering a hamstring injury,” Hull’s website said.
The DR Conga intentional will be unable to help the Tigers continue their battle against relegation and will miss this weekend’s trip to Leicester, as well as the upcoming games with Swansea, Everton, West Ham, Middlesbrough and Manchester City.
Mbokani is still on the books at Ukrainian club Dynamo Kiev, but spent last season in English football with Norwich City, scoring seven goals for the Canaries.
