Super Eagles left back Elderson Echiejile has stepped up his recovery from an injury suffered while on international duty.
Echiejile pulled out after 79 minutes with Nigeria in the ascendancy during the 2018 World cup qualifier against Zambia in Uyo.
The left-back who is expected to be out for up to four weeks shared pictures of his miraculous recovery on social media on Wednesday.
He wrote on his social media handle: “back on my feet soon and looking to return to the pitch.”
Echejile is one of the players touted to sit out Nigeria’s clash with the Desert Foxes of Algeria in their last group game of the 2018 World Cup qualification phase with the Super Eagles already qualified for the tournament as Group B winners.
