With tensions high after Neymar and Edinson Cavani’s on-pitch argument over who should take free-kicks and penalties, Dani Alves has invited the PSG squad out to dinner at Victoria Paris, a restaurant in the centre of the French capital.
The Brazilian right-back had been caught up in the drama two after he handed the ball to his countryman, rather than Cavani, during the match against Lyon.

With this evening out, which was reported by L’Equipe, Alves hoped for a reconciliation and there supposedly a “calm and friendly atmosphere”.
L’Equipe and Le Parisien have also reported that the Ligue 1 club’s sporting director Antero Henrique has cancelled the forwards’ upcoming interviews and that Unai Emery will, therefore, be the only one asked about the alleged fall-out in the coming days.
