Deportivo de La Coruña goalkeeper Francis Uzoho is set to be handed his first senior call-up to the Super Eagles barely two weeks after making his debut with the club.
The Spanish club confirmed via their official website that former Golden Eaglets goalkeeper Francis Uzoho is in line to be called up for the games against Algeria and Argentina.

Uzoho has only managed two appearances in the Spanish top division, but has drawn praise from the Spanish media.
The 19-year-old will hook up with the Nigerian national team at their temporary camp in Morocco on Monday, November 6, after playing Atletico Madrid.
The goalkeeper may get his chance in Nigeria’s final World Cup qualifying game against Algeria or in the international friendly against Argentina on Krasnodar, Russia, three days later.

Uzoho has been rewarded for his fine form by the Nigerian coaches after posting five shutouts in seven matches for Deportivo de La Coruña’s first-team and the reserves in the third-tier.
He was a member of the Golden Eaglets squad at the 2013 Fifa U17 World Cup but didn’t come off the bench in any of the matches at the tournament in United Arab Emirates.
Nigeria, already qualified for the finals of the World Cup next summer, will close the tie-off against Algeria at the Chahid Hamlaou stadium in Constantine, Algeria, on Friday 10 November.
